For several years, I walked from Bowling Green to work at Showtime's offices at 1633 Broadway — iPhone in hand, photographing anything that caught my eye. It was a spontaneous process of discovery — an opportunity to transform mundane subjects and make the familiar unfamiliar in real time. Everything was captured in-camera using special effects apps, with no editing afterward. I had to keep moving.
